Embroidery Process

Designing embroidery sample

• Creating samples by computer.
• Editing color, image, density.
• Making embroidery samples and checking standard’s samples.
• Manufacturing products and controlling quality.

Prepare materials/ thread/equipment

• Thread/fabric department collects and classifies fabric/thread depend on the code of material.
• Workers prepare equipment and embroidery frame in demand.

Manufacture

• Putting fabric on automatic embroidery machine.
• Two workers control a embroidery machine and do tasks in demand.

Completion

• Semi-finished products will be moved to quality control department in order to clean product.
• Storing and transporting product to customer/other factories.
